My first plan of action was to find out what the situation was with the 17 clubs who are current or previous members of the SPL.
Five clubs already have disabled supporters groups and during February I am pleased so say that Celtic, Dundee United, Falkirk and St Johnstone disabled fans have expressed an interest in forming a group and working with CAFE.
Meetings have also been set up with some of the existing groups to discuss local issues and look to the future in forming a national disabled supporters association.
However I would really like to hear from any disabled supporters from the following clubs.
Email me on keith@cafefootball.eu or telephone 07743780913 (if no answer leave a message) and I’ll be back in contact with you as soon as possible.
February ends with a busy weekend visiting Pittodrie Stadium, meeting up with Aberdeen Disabled Supporters Club on Saturday quickly followed by taking in the Sunderland v Fulham match at the Stadium of Light the following day.
